How do I cancel my subscription? On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On the web: the billing page in your account.

How do I get a refund? Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through them: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or the Google Play order history for Google. For web subscriptions, email us.

I subscribed on one device. How do I use it on another? Sign in with the same account on the other device. Your subscription follows your account, wherever you bought it.

How do I delete my account? See kilowatts.io/delete-account.
